It’s summertime & year over year for June, we are seeing more sales and less new listings, indicating that Niagara is still holding strong as a place people want to buy property and call home.

Homes are taking longer to sell compared to previous months, and almost doubled compared to last year, but 30 days average to sell is still quite normal, and a welcomed pace for todays more cautious buyers.

Month over month we are still seeing moderate value increases, while the number of sales and new listings have a smaller gap, meaning we find ourselves in a welcomed, balanced market.
